Gregory Duane Phillips, 30, is being held in Benton County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, after being arrested on suspicion of raping a 9-year-old girl. Phillips had gone over to a friends house to watch the Super Bowl and that is where the "alleged" incident occurred.

During an interview at the Children Advocacy Center of Benton County, the girl claimed that while she was in the shower, Phillips came into the restroom and took pictures of her with his cell phone. After the game, Phillips took the girl to a convenience store to buy soda, but Phillips then backed the car to the side of the store and told the girl to pull down her pants and underwear. Phillips is then charged with touching and taking pictures of the girl's private parts. The girl also said that Phillips unbuckled his pants and asked the girl to look at his penis.

Phillips denied the allegations at first and requested a lawyer. Questioning stopped, but when they were walking back to the jail, Phillips indicated he wanted to talk more about the incident. That is when Phillips claimed the girl was proud of becoming a woman, she she pulled her pants down and exposed herself to him and that she put his hands on her body and made him rub her.

OK, so what you're trying to say Mr. Greg Phillips, is that this 9 year old girl, forced you to touch her and exposed herself to you because she was proud of becoming a woman. You are apparently out of your EFFING MIND. Guys like you make me sick, you make me want to vomit my breakfast until my ulcer bleeds. Seriously...are you trying to make us believe that she molested you?

SO when it is proven, that you did this, that you molested a 9 year old little girl, and your trial is over and all of your appeals are finished.
