Cynthia Sommer, 33, was convicted of murder today for the poisoning death of her Marine husband with arsenic. The motive was a $250,000 life insurance policy.
Sommer's friends and co-workers testified during the trial that she threw wild parties, got her breasts enlarged and had casual sex with multiple partners in the weeks after her husband's collapse. Todd Summer was in top condition when he collapsed and died at the couple's home in San Diego. His death was originally ruled a heart attack, but tests of his liver later found levels of arsenic 1,020 times above normal. Cynthia Sommer faces life in prison.
Life in prison...for a killer...for killing someone who swore to uphold and defend this land from all enemies foreign and domestic, not realizing his biggest enemy was the no good dirty tramp he married. This has so many areas to attack, first, for killing her husband, who happened to be a marine this woman doesn't deserve to breath air. But then, the stupidity of it. How freaking stupid do you have to be to weeks after you kill your husband and cash in on his life insurance policy you start screwing every Tom Dick and Harry that crosses your path and throwing wild parties. Seriously...that's pretty freaking stupid. Gee, how did you get caught?...dumb.
This is a no brainer, you killed your husband, you used arsenic, which these days they can detect, you had your boobs done, threw parties and had sex with multiple men in the weeks after you put him into the ground...Cynthia Sommer...you should have left him if you didn't love him or lived a humblier life...because now...You Can GET ON THE PILE!!!

Blazing Punches
Darrel Ray Kessinger, 25, of Mims Fla. was arrested late Saturday and charged with burglary with battery, child abuse, resisting an officer, corruption by threat and resisting without violence. Police reports show the incident began about 1:48pm when Kessinger got involved with an altercation with another man. Witnesses told police that Kessinger turned and struck a 3 year old child and a nine month old baby with closed fists. A woman put the children into a car and attempted to leave. Kessinger punched out one of the windows causing both children to receive glass cuts, and then Kessinger attempted to drag the woman out of the car. Deputies arrived and chased Kessinger who fought back and threatened deputies asking where they lived so he could go sexually molest their wives.

National Story...out of Missouri...
"Michael Devlin, a 41 year old pizzeria manager, is accused of kidnapping 13 year old Ben Ownby just after the boy got off a school bus in Beaufort. A schoolmate's tip about a white pickup truck lead authorities to the Devlin apartment in a St. Louis suburb, where they found Ben and another missing boy Shawn Hornbeck who has been missing for 4 years. It is believed that Michael Devlin terrorized Shawn with a handgun to get him to cooperate over the years and is believed he sexually assaulted the boy over that time.
Authorities believe that Michael Devlin is also the most viable lead in a 1991 case of a missing boy as well. The boy Arlin was 11 years old, was about 100 pounds the same age and size of Ben and Shawn and also from a rural town about an hour from St. Louis."

So here's what this Jack-hole did. 4 years ago, this molesting fat pig of a creature, kidnaps an 11 year boy and terrorizes him. But hey, one thing you can't stop is a kid for getting older. So what does this pile of garbage do when his first victim starts to become a teenager? He goes out and kidnaps another small boy around the same age he prefers. So he snatches some poor kid out of a rural town and takes him to his apartment, for what purpose? Well we all can pretty much figure out what a fat disgusting, no woman having pizza restaurant manager has on his mind. Luckily, the child was found, and the other boy, missing for 4 years was also found alive. Thank goodness for the children's families, they have many things to deal with over the next few years and I wish them all the best. But, Mr. Michael Devlin, you know what you deserve. Some would argue that they should toss your rotten hide into general population and let the "hoods" and "thugs" have their way with you. But I tend to think you might actually enjoy that, so instead...you are hereby stripped of all worldly possessions, everything you own will be sold and used to help pay for any and all therapy these two boys may need and then...It'll be great fun to watch your fat sizzle and burn like the greasy bacon skinned piece of pork you are. MICHAEL DEVLIN...YOU ARE ON THE PILE!!!!

Immigration on Fire
Today in Immigration News...
Bentonville Arkansas.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Derrick Earl Jefferson. The two men, Erickson Dimas-Martinez, 21, and Uris Galdamez Magana, 20, were accused of shooting Derrick Earl Jefferson after offering the teen a ride home from a local party. On the way home, the two men pulled over to the side of a back road, had Derrick get out of the car, robbed him of a jacket and $30 and shot him in the face. Two witnesses to the crime, two female passengers in the car, claimed that Magana tossed them $10 to keep them quiet.
Martinez was arrested Thursday morning at his Springdale home, found hiding in the closet. A native of El Salvador he is in the United States on a work permit. Magana was already under arrest when investigators identified him. He was arrested Sunday by immigration officials as an illigal immigrant from El Salvador....
That's the story...here's the breakdown. Jefferson needs a ride home from a party very late at night and offers $30 to anyone to give him a ride home. These two criminals, along with two female friends, offer Jefferson a ride home and on the way the two "men" rob and kill him, leaving his body on the side of the road. This is a classic example of Lack of Respect for your fellow Man. What do you do with two people who would do this to someone who already offered to pay for the gas? I don't know how things work in El Salvador, but shooting people in the face isn't something we find humerous in the United States. As a lesson to would be "visitors" to our fantastic country full of hope and opportunity, I hereby declare these two are to be stripped of all worldy possessions, which are to be donated to local charities, and these guys are to be sent on a one way trip the molten lava hellfire that is the Pile. Stoke up the coals because...

"A convicted sex offender facing a death penalty trial for the slaying of a 20 year old Clemson University Student last year was ordered to provide fingerprints and DNA. Jerry Buck Inman, age 36, faces kidnapping, rape and murder charges in the death of Tiffany Marie Souers.
Jerry Buck Inman also faces charges of rape in Alabama and Tennessee. "
So let me get this right. A man, who is already a Convicted Sex Offender, meaning he's done this kind of crap before, is now on trial for killing a 20 year old college student and faces charges of rape in 2 other states. Convicted Sex Offender, getting a trial for murder and future trials for rapes. I don't think so.
Here's the Deal...he's already done something offensive in the past, he's accused of murdering another woman, accused of raping 2 others. What's the point in this obviously Evil man getting to breath in prison waiting on appeal after appeal. Seriously...what's the point? Do we think its a good idea to allow this guy to watch tv, eat food, relax in a bed, while people he's destroyed are made to suffer? Not I my friend. As soon as the DNA evidence proves he was the rapist and killer, strip him down, donate all his belongs and toss his no good worthless hide right onto the pit of burning justice!!!
