Couple charged with trying to arrange sex with 5-year old girl. Federal agents arrested Christopher Dudley, 27 and Rhea Hamm 22, in Woodland Wahsington and they were charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a minor. The couple were arrested as part of an online sting conducted by Special Agent James Mooney who posed as the father of the 5-year old girl. In a series of e-mail chats with the agent, Dudley allegedly agreed to pay the father so that he and Hamm could perform oral sex on the child and take photos. An undercover agent then had two phone conversations with Dudley, who allegedly detailed prior sexual contact with an 8-year old girl and Dudley said he and Hamm were trying to have a daughter and wanted her to live the "lifestyle".
On Monday, the agent called Hamm and Dudley and told them he was traveling south from Tacoma with the child and agreed to meet at a local Econolodge. Dudley and Hamm were arrested after taking the motel exit. Agents seized marijuana, a digital camera a vibrator and $108 in cash from the couple.
Investigators said that Dudley and Hamm agreed to be interviewed after the arrest and both acknowledged planning to have oral and genital contact with the girl."
What else really needs to be said? I mean, these two sick individuals went looking online for a way to have sexual contact with a 5 year old girl. Then agreed to the meeting, then showed up for the meeting "prepared" and then admitted to their intentions. Really, what else needs to be done here? Closing arguments began on Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of murdering 9 year old Jessica Lunsford. John Evander Couey, 48, is charged with kidnapping, raping and killing Jessica Lunsford, who disappeared the night of Feb 23, 2005. Couey is a prior sex offender who is accused of sneaking into the Lunsford home, abducting Jessica, raping her, then later killing her by burying her alive in garbage bags.
Couey has pleaded not guilty, and his defense attorney's had planned to call a psychologist to testify about Couey's mental problems and possible retardation. Couey could get the death penalty if convicted.

So this animal, kidnaps a neighbor's daughter, rapes her, then buries her alive, and I'm supposed to "care" for his mental health and worry that he needs to be "rehabilitated" or given 3 hots and a cot for the remainder of his life while appeal after appeal is granted until he gets some activist judge to hear his case and set him free...again...
No Thank you...I remember seeing Jessica's father on the television when she first went missing crying and pleading for help from the community to find his little girl. Broke my heart then, still hurts to think about this poor guy having had his precious daughter stolen from him by this pile of pig crap.

Gregory Duane Phillips, 30, is being held in Benton County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, after being arrested on suspicion of raping a 9-year-old girl. Phillips had gone over to a friends house to watch the Super Bowl and that is where the "alleged" incident occurred.
During an interview at the Children Advocacy Center of Benton County, the girl claimed that while she was in the shower, Phillips came into the restroom and took pictures of her with his cell phone. After the game, Phillips took the girl to a convenience store to buy soda, but Phillips then backed the car to the side of the store and told the girl to pull down her pants and underwear. Phillips is then charged with touching and taking pictures of the girl's private parts. The girl also said that Phillips unbuckled his pants and asked the girl to look at his penis.
Phillips denied the allegations at first and requested a lawyer. Questioning stopped, but when they were walking back to the jail, Phillips indicated he wanted to talk more about the incident. That is when Phillips claimed the girl was proud of becoming a woman, she she pulled her pants down and exposed herself to him and that she put his hands on her body and made him rub her.

Cynthia Sommer, 33, was convicted of murder today for the poisoning death of her Marine husband with arsenic. The motive was a $250,000 life insurance policy.
Sommer's friends and co-workers testified during the trial that she threw wild parties, got her breasts enlarged and had casual sex with multiple partners in the weeks after her husband's collapse. Todd Summer was in top condition when he collapsed and died at the couple's home in San Diego. His death was originally ruled a heart attack, but tests of his liver later found levels of arsenic 1,020 times above normal. Cynthia Sommer faces life in prison.
Life in prison...for a killer...for killing someone who swore to uphold and defend this land from all enemies foreign and domestic, not realizing his biggest enemy was the no good dirty tramp he married. Blazing Punches
Darrel Ray Kessinger, 25, of Mims Fla. was arrested late Saturday and charged with burglary with battery, child abuse, resisting an officer, corruption by threat and resisting without violence. Police reports show the incident began about 1:48pm when Kessinger got involved with an altercation with another man. Witnesses told police that Kessinger turned and struck a 3 year old child and a nine month old baby with closed fists. A woman put the children into a car and attempted to leave. Kessinger punched out one of the windows causing both children to receive glass cuts, and then Kessinger attempted to drag the woman out of the car. Deputies arrived and chased Kessinger who fought back and threatened deputies asking where they lived so he could go sexually molest their wives.

"Michael Devlin, a 41 year old pizzeria manager, is accused of kidnapping 13 year old Ben Ownby just after the boy got off a school bus in Beaufort. A schoolmate's tip about a white pickup truck lead authorities to the Devlin apartment in a St. Louis suburb, where they found Ben and another missing boy Shawn Hornbeck who has been missing for 4 years. It is believed that Michael Devlin terrorized Shawn with a handgun to get him to cooperate over the years and is believed he sexually assaulted the boy over that time.
Authorities believe that Michael Devlin is also the most viable lead in a 1991 case of a missing boy as well. The boy Arlin was 11 years old, was about 100 pounds the same age and size of Ben and Shawn and also from a rural town about an hour from St. Louis."

So what does this pile of garbage do when his first victim starts to become a teenager? He goes out and kidnaps another small boy around the same age he prefers. So he snatches some poor kid out of a rural town and takes him to his apartment, for what purpose? Well we all can pretty much figure out what a fat disgusting, no woman having pizza restaurant manager has on his mind. Luckily, the child was found, and the other boy, missing for 4 years was also found alive. Thank goodness for the children's families, they have many things to deal with over the next few years and I wish them all the best. But, Mr. Michael Devlin, you know what you deserve. Some would argue that they should toss your rotten hide into general population and let the "hoods" and "thugs" have their way with you. But I tend to think you might actually enjoy that, so instead...you are hereby stripped of all worldly possessions, everything you own will be sold and used to help pay for any and all therapy these two boys may need and then...It'll be great fun to watch your fat sizzle and burn like the greasy bacon skinned piece of pork you are. Immigration on Fire
Today in Immigration News...
Bentonville Arkansas.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Derrick Earl Jefferson. The two men, Erickson Dimas-Martinez, 21, and Uris Galdamez Magana, 20, were accused of shooting Derrick Earl Jefferson after offering the teen a ride home from a local party. On the way home, the two men pulled over to the side of a back road, had Derrick get out of the car, robbed him of a jacket and $30 and shot him in the face. Two witnesses to the crime, two female passengers in the car, claimed that Magana tossed them $10 to keep them quiet.
Martinez was arrested Thursday morning at his Springdale home, found hiding in the closet. A native of El Salvador he is in the United States on a work permit. Magana was already under arrest when investigators identified him. He was arrested Sunday by immigration officials as an illigal immigrant from El Salvador....
That's the story...here's the breakdown. Jefferson needs a ride home from a party very late at night and offers $30 to anyone to give him a ride home. These two criminals, along with two female friends, offer Jefferson a ride home and on the way the two "men" rob and kill him, leaving his body on the side of the road. This is a classic example of Lack of Respect for your fellow Man. What do you do with two people who would do this to someone who already offered to pay for the gas? I don't know how things work in El Salvador, but shooting people in the face isn't something we find humerous in the United States. As a lesson to would be "visitors" to our fantastic country full of hope and opportunity, I hereby declare these two are to be stripped of all worldy possessions, which are to be donated to local charities, and these guys are to be sent on a one way trip the molten lava hellfire that is the Pile. Dryer Burns
In the News in Hutchinson Kansas. Two children have been removed from their home after a man reportedly ran a clothes dryer with the toddlers, a 3 year old boy and a 2 year old girl, inside. Aron J. Pritchard, age 27, was charged Tuesday with one felony count of child abuse and another of aggravated endangering a child. Bond was set at $750,000.
Police investigators alleged the man stuffed the children into the dryer and turned it on, reportedly after the boy wet his pants...STOP...
Nothing more needs to be said. So a 3 year old boy, wets his pants and this jack-hole stuffs him and his sister into a dryer and turns it on. Most disturbing part of the story, "Bond was set..." In world news...New Delhi India. 3 People have been arrested and charged with murder after pouring boiling oil over a 4 1/2 year old girl before beheading her. She had been beheaded and had her fingers cut off and her hair burnt to a cinder after the boiling oil was poured on her as part of a religious sacrifice in order for a woman who handed the girl over to the three to be cleansed spiritually.
So...let me get this straight...A woman takes a 4 1/2 year old girl to a "Tantric" and 2 other people in order to sacrifice the child so she can be cleansed. Sacrifice a child so you'll be clean. Sounds more SATANIC than Tantric. Well, to the Tantric who performed the ritual, bye bye, your ass is on the Pile of Fire. You like boiling oil so much, maybe we'll coat you in some pig lard just before we toss your worthless body on the fire. The two who helped, all your belongings are forfeit and donated, get in line, you're on the Pile Too. And for the woman who wanted cleansed. What could be more cleansing then a nice head first plunge onto THE PILE. The family of the little girl you had killed is welcome to watch with tears in their eyes, tears from the smoke and ashes of your burnt corpse as you melt and your bones crack as the marrow expands and your soul is sent straight to the Devil so you can be used as his urinal for all eternity.
