Murder charges have been filed against John Marshall Dodd, 42, in the death of Texas child-welfare caseworker Terry Leigh Lee. John M. Dodd is accused of pouring gasoline on his new girlfriend after striking her during an argument. Dodd initially lied about what happened and said it was an accident in the kitchen that caused Terry Lee to burn. Dodd faces life in prison if convicted. Terry Leigh Lee died Sunday night of her injuries, after 90 percent of her face and body were scorched in the attack late Saturday night. Dodd has been in prison before for attempted sexual assault during a burglary and has been arrested in the past for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and other charges.

Fire Therapy for the Wicked
San Diego, California. Wayne Albert Bleyle, 55, a former respiratory therapist for young brain damaged patients pleaded guilty Tuesday to molesting young children in his care. He admitted to 8 counts of forcible lewd acts upon a child and 4 counts of exhibiting a minor in pornography.
Under a plea deal, Bleyle would serve 45 years and eight months in prison, with credit for good behavior he would serve at least 85% of his sentence. Bleyle confessed to federal agents that he molested "countless" disabled patients. The prosecutor told the judge that Bleyle targeted children who were "the most brain-damaged, most comatose, most nonverbal- children who could never say anything about it.

Knoxville Burning
Some of you may know this story, some may not. It isn't getting much media play and most people who read about this incident are looking at the racial components and the lack of media attention being associated with it. Her body was found in a garbage can in Davidson's apartment and Christopher's body was found by the adjacent railroad tracks.

Love for Sale
Wichita Falls - A 37 year old woman, Tina Valdez, was indicted Monday on charges that she SOLD her teenage daughter to a man, Jason Carlile, for $3,000. Valdez told authorities last August that her 15 year old daughter had run away, but last month, Valdez admitted she had in fact SOLD her daughter to Jason Carlile, who took her to Mexico. Jason Carlile was already facing charges of indecency with a child and possession of child pornography. He was also indicted on Monday. Valdez and Carlile are currently being held on $150,000 bond each. The girl is in Texas and has been placed into foster care.

"A man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to having sex and impregnating a then 9-year old girl.
William Edward Ronca, 26, was arrested last year after doctors discovered the girl was at least seven months pregnant. Ronca pleaded guilty Tuesday and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He will serve 21 years before being eligible for parole. The judge gave him 5 years less than the max because he admitted his crime and apologized to the girl's family. Ronca had been having sex with the girl for over a year according to the arrest warrant.
The girl had the baby, which was put up for adoption. Her father said the pregnancy and Cesarean section means the victim can never enjoy her childhood again because every time she dresses she can see the stretch marks and surgical scars."
Now...how reality should be.
There are so many problems with this story, I can't decide where to begin. How about with "eligible for parole" because this jack hole, "apologized" to the family and admitted his guilt. A DNA test would have proved his guilt regardless, so his apology for ruining a little girls life, raping her for over a year and then getting her pregnant is meaningless. What the heck kind of judge even considers a minute of reduced time, let alone 5 years?
The fact this demented animal was alive to stand trial makes me wonder. If this was my little girl, well, it would best for you to put a bullet into your own brain before I get my hands on you, cause buddy, you'll suffer. I will do such horrors to you that The Devil will stand up and say "Damn, that's cruel" by the time I'm finished with you. I also question the fact the girl had the baby. Whether you are pro-life, pro-choice or somewhere in the middle, this is probably the One Time we can all agree...Ok, we'll allow it. I'm happy for the baby being adopted and for the family that will be able to raise a child, but still, its kind of messed up that little 9 year old had the baby.
But in the end, who's to blame for this, the parents? the schools? the teachers? pop-culture? society? None of the above. William Edward Ronca is to blame. No one else forced him to live out his perverted twisted fantasies. Its all HIS Fault. He is the one who needs to be punished. Now, what redeeming quality does William Edward Ronca possibly add to the world. NONE. Couple charged with trying to arrange sex with 5-year old girl. Federal agents arrested Christopher Dudley, 27 and Rhea Hamm 22, in Woodland Wahsington and they were charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a minor. The couple were arrested as part of an online sting conducted by Special Agent James Mooney who posed as the father of the 5-year old girl. In a series of e-mail chats with the agent, Dudley allegedly agreed to pay the father so that he and Hamm could perform oral sex on the child and take photos. An undercover agent then had two phone conversations with Dudley, who allegedly detailed prior sexual contact with an 8-year old girl and Dudley said he and Hamm were trying to have a daughter and wanted her to live the "lifestyle".
On Monday, the agent called Hamm and Dudley and told them he was traveling south from Tacoma with the child and agreed to meet at a local Econolodge. Dudley and Hamm were arrested after taking the motel exit. Agents seized marijuana, a digital camera a vibrator and $108 in cash from the couple.
Investigators said that Dudley and Hamm agreed to be interviewed after the arrest and both acknowledged planning to have oral and genital contact with the girl."
What else really needs to be said? I mean, these two sick individuals went looking online for a way to have sexual contact with a 5 year old girl. Then agreed to the meeting, then showed up for the meeting "prepared" and then admitted to their intentions. Really, what else needs to be done here? Ok, we have a quick trial, they have already admitted their guilt, they are then stripped of all possessions, donated of coarse to a local children's charity and then these two are taken, hand and hand it they want, cause we are humane after all, and they are given one of two options. There is no cure for sick behavior and lord knows that these two can NOT be allowed to pro-create and bring a child into this world so that child is forced to live the "lifestyle." Spark, Fire, BURN
Closing arguments began on Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of murdering 9 year old Jessica Lunsford. John Evander Couey, 48, is charged with kidnapping, raping and killing Jessica Lunsford, who disappeared the night of Feb 23, 2005. Couey is a prior sex offender who is accused of sneaking into the Lunsford home, abducting Jessica, raping her, then later killing her by burying her alive in garbage bags.
Couey has pleaded not guilty, and his defense attorney's had planned to call a psychologist to testify about Couey's mental problems and possible retardation. Couey could get the death penalty if convicted.

Gregory Duane Phillips, 30, is being held in Benton County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, after being arrested on suspicion of raping a 9-year-old girl. Phillips had gone over to a friends house to watch the Super Bowl and that is where the "alleged" incident occurred.
During an interview at the Children Advocacy Center of Benton County, the girl claimed that while she was in the shower, Phillips came into the restroom and took pictures of her with his cell phone. After the game, Phillips took the girl to a convenience store to buy soda, but Phillips then backed the car to the side of the store and told the girl to pull down her pants and underwear. Phillips is then charged with touching and taking pictures of the girl's private parts. The girl also said that Phillips unbuckled his pants and asked the girl to look at his penis.
Phillips denied the allegations at first and requested a lawyer. Questioning stopped, but when they were walking back to the jail, Phillips indicated he wanted to talk more about the incident. That is when Phillips claimed the girl was proud of becoming a woman, she she pulled her pants down and exposed herself to him and that she put his hands on her body and made him rub her.

Cynthia Sommer, 33, was convicted of murder today for the poisoning death of her Marine husband with arsenic. The motive was a $250,000 life insurance policy.
Sommer's friends and co-workers testified during the trial that she threw wild parties, got her breasts enlarged and had casual sex with multiple partners in the weeks after her husband's collapse. Todd Summer was in top condition when he collapsed and died at the couple's home in San Diego. His death was originally ruled a heart attack, but tests of his liver later found levels of arsenic 1,020 times above normal. Cynthia Sommer faces life in prison.
Life in prison...for a killer...for killing someone who swore to uphold and defend this land from all enemies foreign and domestic, not realizing his biggest enemy was the no good dirty tramp he married. This has so many areas to attack, first, for killing her husband, who happened to be a marine this woman doesn't deserve to breath air. But then, the stupidity of it. How freaking stupid do you have to be to weeks after you kill your husband and cash in on his life insurance policy you start screwing every Tom Dick and Harry that crosses your path and throwing wild parties. Blazing Punches
Darrel Ray Kessinger, 25, of Mims Fla. was arrested late Saturday and charged with burglary with battery, child abuse, resisting an officer, corruption by threat and resisting without violence. Police reports show the incident began about 1:48pm when Kessinger got involved with an altercation with another man. Witnesses told police that Kessinger turned and struck a 3 year old child and a nine month old baby with closed fists. A woman put the children into a car and attempted to leave. Kessinger punched out one of the windows causing both children to receive glass cuts, and then Kessinger attempted to drag the woman out of the car. Deputies arrived and chased Kessinger who fought back and threatened deputies asking where they lived so he could go sexually molest their wives.

So tough guy, you like punching children. Think it makes you a man to punch a 3 year old and a 9 month old. I would think that some time in a prison yard might do you some good. You could work out your child punching techniques on some hard core criminals and see how well you do. But since I believe most hard core criminals belong on the pile anyway, that idea won't work. As a result of your extreme manhood and tough behavior, you know what's in your future. Strip the shirt off this guy's back, empty his apartment or house of all worldly goods and donate them to local charities. He won't be needing any of it where he is going.

So tough guy, you like punching children. Think it makes you a man to punch a 3 year old and a 9 month old. I would think that some time in a prison yard might do you some good. You could work out your child punching techniques on some hard core criminals and see how well you do. But since I believe most hard core criminals belong on the pile anyway, that idea won't work. As a result of your extreme manhood and tough behavior, you know what's in your future. Strip the shirt off this guy's back, empty his apartment or house of all worldly goods and donate them to local charities. He won't be needing any of it where he is going.
